Birdie is ready for a new start at 4 years old. This lovely lady is a mixed-breed dog, half Hound, and she's adaptable, too. She rides well in cars, enjoys her walks, and is both potty and crate trained. Birdie gets along well with everyone—dogs, cats, and kids—though she prefers a calm atmosphere without too much excitement. She's a quiet companion who doesn't mind her crate, finding comfort in it. Birdie came to us originally as a year-old pup suffering from severe mange, which she has successfully overcome. Her previous owner, needing to care for elderly parents, made the tough choice to find her a loving home, and Birdie is understandably confused about her recent changes. She truly deserves a nurturing environment where she can receive all the love she's capable of giving. Birdie is fully vetted and currently being fostered in Southlake.
