Meet Andy! Andy is a 9-year-old husky mix who embodies the gentle spirit of his breed. His foster describes him as a mellow dog who treasures outdoor time. Although he has the typical independent personality of huskies, he also enjoys cuddling up next to you for some scratches. Andy rarely barks, having only been heard doing so once. His independent nature has benefited from having another dog in the house; while he might not come inside on command, he happily follows his canine companion. Andy is kennel trained and potty trained, though he may whine a bit at first when settling in. He does have some trauma to his right eye, resulting in partial blindness, but this has not hindered his joyful spirit at all.
