Sheba has faced her share of challenges, once navigating the streets of La Ribera with her sister Reba, where survival meant daily struggles for food, water, and safety. Their journey changed when Reba suffered an injury, leading to a rescue that provided her the medical attention she needed. Thankfully, both sisters are now safe and beginning to adjust to life in Bend, Oregon. As Sheba settles into foster care, understanding her unique personality and preferences will take time. She will thrive in a patient home that recognizes the transition to a new environment can be difficult for her.
