Rowdy is a wonderful 11-year-old orange tabby who has been through a lot but is ready for a loving home. He and his buddy Rudy are a package deal and can’t be separated, so they need to be adopted together. Rowdy is neutered and has lived inside, where he uses the litter box without any issues.
