Meet Emma, a gentle and resilient Alaskan Malamute searching for her forever home. She was discovered on the streets of Tijuana, pregnant and needing shelter, but thanks to a caring Good Samaritan, Emma was rescued and allowed to raise her four puppies in safety. Now that her puppies are also available for adoption, it’s Emma’s turn to find the love she’s been missing. At around 5 years old and weighing 55 pounds, Emma has spent time in a foster home in Tijuana where she bonds closely with her caretaker and is wonderful with the grandchild in the household. While she thrives in that environment, Emma would greatly benefit from a home where she can truly stretch her legs and play. Emma has been spayed, vaccinated, and is both leash-trained and crate-trained. She gets along well with other dogs and is good with children, making her an excellent addition to a loving family.
