Rescued from distress on the side of the road, Polar Bear initially faced serious health issues. Thankfully, he is now getting the care he needs and is healing both physically and emotionally. Currently undergoing treatment for a mild case of heartworm disease, we're optimistic he'll bounce back soon. He enjoys the company of other dogs and just needs slow, patient introductions to help him feel secure. Polar Bear is housebroken and is learning that kindness exists, and he deserves a family that can offer him time, love, and the safety he craves.
