Lady Tilley was left behind on a 6 train, found by an MTA employee who brought her to a booth at City Hall station. With no one coming for her, Animal Haven was called for assistance. When our team arrived, Lady Tilley greeted them with sweetness and trust despite having some minor sores. She’s a playful and loving puppy in great condition, with her goofy personality shining through.
