Scout is back with Our Pack, having just celebrated his first birthday. He weighs a petite 11.1 lbs, and his previous family reported that he has lived harmoniously with children, a large dog, and a cat. This adorable little guy is known for his sweet demeanor and even sits on command. Though Scout is a bit nervous, he thrives when allowed to approach at his own pace. He lights up around kids, often climbing into their laps for cuddles and kisses. Adults, be prepared: once Scout decides you are at his level, he will claim those laps and shoulders as his own. He does exhibit some 'small-dog attitude', especially regarding food and personal space. It's advisable to feed him separately and monitor his interactions with other dogs, as he can be possessive. His new family should be ready to establish boundaries or simply keep him off the furniture when sharing space with other pets. Scout shows signs of being potty trained but may also use potty pads, so some adjustment will be needed as he settles into a new routine.
