Meet Santana! This sweet lady is around 10 years old and a petite 20 lbs. Found roaming the streets, she landed in an overcrowded shelter, but we knew we couldn't leave her there. Santana deserves a loving retirement home where she can truly relax and enjoy all the good things older dogs should have. Imagine her in a soft bed, surrounded by cozy blankets, basking in the sunshine from the window. She wants gentle walks and leisurely sniffing adventures, along with someone to spoil her with treats and a warm lap to curl up beside. Most importantly, she needs a family to see her as perfect just the way she is. She’s heartworm negative, already spayed, and ready to leave her past behind for the next—and hopefully best—chapter of her life. Santana has done well with other dogs and is also good with children. We can test her with cats if needed. Giving a senior dog the happy ending she deserves is something special.
