Cowabunga was found on August 7th at Franklin Blvd & Walnut St, and he’s adjusting to life in the shelter. He arrived unneutered, and the staff is giving him time to settle in, which will help them evaluate his needs and behavior. As Cowabunga is still getting familiar with his surroundings, he isn’t available for adoption just yet.
