Meet Hera! This beautiful 1-year-old mixed breed girl came to us from a local county shelter. Hera is a sweet, medium-energy pup who is still building her confidence, as she can be a bit shy. We understand that shelters can be overwhelming for dogs, but Hera shines bright with her affectionate and friendly nature. She adores other dogs and is motivated by treats, slowly blossoming with each passing day. You can find her romping around the play yards, enjoying delicious snacks, or snuggling up with volunteers. Like all rescue dogs, Hera will benefit from training and socialization once she finds her forever home. While she may need some work on her manners, she’s more than ready to repay you with endless love and kisses! We promised Hera that the rest of her life would be the best of her life.
