About Falkor

Falkor is a resilient soul with a heart full of love, despite facing the world without sight. Estimated to be about 4 years old, he was rescued from being a stray at local animal control, where he truly needed a break. Although he's blind, Falkor navigates his environment with confidence once he familiarizes himself with his surroundings, relying on his keen senses of smell and sound. He’s currently heartworm positive, but his rescue is taking care of his treatment, ensuring he gets the care he needs. Falkor doesn't see his blindness as a limitation; he enjoys soft beds, gentle voices, and the warmth of companionship. He’s excellent with children and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. This loving boy seeks a family willing to see beyond his medical status and open their hearts to him. He deserves a forever home where he can feel safe and cherished. Are you ready to be a part of Falkor's journey? Your new best friend's waiting for you!
