Zena is a friendly and affectionate girl bursting with energy, always up for fun and adventure. She loves to run and play but also enjoys winding down beside her people for some quality snuggle time. This high-energy dog will thrive in an active environment, making her the perfect match for a family or person who can provide consistent exercise, training, and ample opportunities to channel her enthusiasm. Zena is good with children and enjoys the company of other dogs. However, she can become a bit possessive of her people if they’re sharing attention. Zena is currently in Texas and will arrive in Minnesota on 8/22/2026. She will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN, between 9 AM and noon. Note that she is exclusively available through the Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Once she arrives, further veterinary care may be needed.
