Welcome Elsa! Elsa is a striking biscuit and white Anatolian Shepherd mix with an estimated birthday of August 5, 2025. She found her way to Murci's Mission from SCRAPS as part of a recent shelter sweep. Being a young livestock guardian dog, she’s still learning how to adjust to suburban life without any livestock to guard, making structure and guidance essential for her development. True to her breed, Elsa enjoys patrolling her surroundings and alert barking. She’s good with children and loves snuggling and taking naps, plus she behaves well on a leash and in a crate. However, it’s important for her forever family to manage expectations and provide a calm environment, as she can become reactive if she feels the need to take charge. Elsa is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed, ready to be a loyal companion.
