About Mbappe

Mbappe is an adult male cat looking for a loving home. He’s a medium-sized Domestic Short Hair with striking black fur. While he may enjoy the company of other kitties, it's important to note that he's positive for FeLV, which means he should live with cats who are also FeLV positive or in a home without other cats. This virus can spread through saliva, so shared grooming and water bowls could be sources of infection. However, it poses no risk to humans. Adoption applications are processed through the Humane Society of Portage County, with approved applicants receiving a prompt appointment. Every cat adopted from their care is spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. If you have questions about FeLV or the adoption process, please reach out to the Adoption Team. You'll be taking the first step towards a rewarding companionship by giving Mbappe a chance at a forever home!
