Meet Hendrix — he's ready for his chance! Sweet Hendrix arrived with a story shared by many dogs who never truly knew love. Rescued alongside about 15 other dogs found wandering in Dickson, he faced a tough start; with little human interaction and hunger, he found it hard to trust. Despite this, a glimmer of hope shone through, as he longed for connection and understanding. Since coming into care, Hendrix has been making strides every day. At first, he might seem a bit unsure, but his curiosity often takes over. With a gentle touch, a bit of patience, and some treats, you’ll uncover the affectionate soul waiting to shine. Hendrix gets along well with other dogs and is indifferent towards cats. While he's still learning about life on a leash, we're optimistic that he’ll gain confidence with continued support. He may not understand all the nuances of being a cherished pet yet, but each new experience is a step toward trusting humans.
