Cabbage is a sweet one-year-old pit bull terrier who was found wandering near a local golf course. Weighing in at about 36 pounds, she has a gentle demeanor that shines through when meeting new people. While a bit shy initially, a few soft pets will coax her into leaning in for some affectionate snuggles. Cabbage excels on her leash, walking gracefully without pulling or jumping. So far, she has learned to sit, and she’s eager to continue her training with a family that can provide her with guidance and companionship. Having recently spent time in our adoption room, Cabbage has shown that she’s fantastic with adults and children alike. Although she doesn’t seem to mind other dogs, she tends to be on the shy side around them. There are a few dental issues that will require attention, but overall, she's a healthy young dog ready to share plenty of love. This calm and easy-going pup would also thrive as a foster companion, making her an excellent choice for anyone looking for a gentle friend.
