Anubis is a calm, friendly 5-year-old weighing about 72 lbs. He loves affection, and volunteers noted how appreciative he is of hugs, often responding with sweet butterfly kisses. Anubis is very much into people, always leaning in for a bit of love. His journey has not been easy; he was surrendered by his lifelong owner after they became homeless and ended up in the shelter. Anubis is blind in one eye, but that doesn’t stop him from navigating his surroundings seamlessly. He walks well on a leash without pulling and has a generous amount of love left to give.
