Meet Frankie! This little guy was found on a rural farm in Texas after Central Texas Feline Rescue received a call about kittens in dire need of help. Upon arrival, volunteers were met with heartbreaking conditions — there was barely any food, water, or shelter for the cats. Then they discovered Frankie, just about 4 weeks old and already suffering after a chicken had pecked out one of his eyes. He was in pain and struggling to eat. Thankfully, his rescuers sprang into action. After surgery to remove his injured eye, along with the medical care and love he desperately needed, Frankie bounced back wonderfully. Today, this little survivor is the snuggliest and sweetest companion you could hope for. He's playful, affectionate, and eagerly waiting to leave his rough start behind to find the forever home he deserves.
