Meet Roadie! This handsome 53-pound cattle dog mix is between two to four years old. He was found standing in the middle of a road in Hondo, Texas, after a thunderstorm brought him our way. Despite a thorough search, no one came to claim him. Roadie came to us not neutered and without any identification. Now safe and enjoying life, Roadie loves the air conditioning in our Milton building. His friendly nature makes him a joy to be around, and he gets along wonderfully with both people and other dogs. He would fit into almost any family environment seamlessly. Roadie is Chagas-positive, but there’s no need for concern. Chagas can be treated effectively, and with proper care, treated dogs lead long, happy lives. Currently located near San Antonio, Texas, Roadie could potentially be transported to a city near you.
