Dahlia is a delightful female dog weighing about 25 pounds, currently in foster care near Watervliet, NY. She came to us along with her sister Dena from a shelter in Kentucky. While we aren't exactly sure of her breed, she appears to be a smaller mixed breed with a sweet personality. Dahlia has not yet been spayed and is up-to-date on her vaccinations.
