Bruce is a young, male, medium-sized, mixed breed Border Collie with a striking white and cream coat with black accents. Although he is not yet altered, Bruce is vaccinated and ready for his new home in Thousand Oaks, CA. He needs an adult-only environment and may require extra care and attention to adjust well.

About Bruce

Bruce is a special adult-only dog looking for a loving home. This young Border Collie mix, around 3 years old, is currently at the Kern County Animal Services in Bakersfield. He desperately needs a foster or forever home where he can thrive and be happy after spending months in the shelter since July 2026. While Bruce is great on his own, he needs a calm and understanding environment. His unique mix of white and cream with black fur gives him a striking appearance, and his long coat is sure to need some grooming attention. Understandably, the shelter environment is not ideal for him, making it imperative for Bruce to find a new place quickly. For those interested, please consider reaching out to the Companion Animal Protection Society. Let’s help Bruce find the loving home he deserves!
