Even though he’s on the smaller side, he thinks he’s just as big as his 60 lb foster sister, proving that confidence comes in all sizes. Jake thrives on playtime with dogs of any size and showcases his boundless energy while diving into games of fetch. Having experienced a few homes, he can be a bit shy and timid at first, especially around new faces. With some patience, Jake reveals his true self—a loyal companion who enjoys snuggling up on laps. He’s particularly good with cats and older children who understand his need for a little time to adjust. Eager to learn and treat-motivated, he’s making impressive strides with training. Jake has mastered crate training and is close to completing his potty training with regular outdoor breaks. His enthusiasm and agility make him an excellent candidate for agility training or hiking adventures.
