Merle Haggard is a joyful young pup who's ready to find his forever home. At 2 years old and 12 pounds, this small Dachshund is sociable and gets along well with dogs his size. Although he’s upbeat, he requires a harness for walks due to a previous injury—he can wear a collar for his tags. We're not sure how he feels about kids or cats yet.
