Meet Tricky, an adorable scruffy little gentleman! This active fellow might be a senior, but he shows no signs of slowing down. Found wandering the rural streets of Missouri, Tricky was weak and alone, but with some tender care, he’s blossomed into a happy companion. Tricky is house trained, crate trained, and gets along well with kids, cats, and dogs. He sleeps quietly in his bed and won’t wake you until it’s time to rise—no early morning wake-up calls! He loves being around people and is eager to shadow you wherever you go, often greeting new faces with a cheerful tail wag and a gentle kiss. He does enjoy “talking” when he gets excited, sharing his stories in his own little way. Though he has some skin allergies under observation, Tricky is doing well with daily Apoquel and a special salmon-based diet. He’s looking for a home with a fenced backyard, ideally with another dog companion to share his adventures.
