Fudge is a sweet, affectionate girl, around 2 to 3 years old and weighing 48 lbs. Since coming into foster care this past January, she has truly blossomed. Fudge has plenty of energy for play but also knows how to relax; after a good walk or a romp outside, she loves curling up next to you on the couch for a snuggle. Watching her unleash the zoomies in the securely fenced backyard is a joy, as she races around before flopping down happily, all in a day’s fun. She gets along beautifully with other dogs and is building her confidence every day, making new friends wherever she goes. Fudge particularly enjoys long walks, car rides, and meeting both two-legged and four-legged friends. While she’s an eager learner, Fudge is polishing her skills. She knows how to sit and shake, and is continuously working on her leash manners with guidance. Being a curious chewer, she appreciates having chew toys on hand as she settles into new spaces. Fudge’s ideal home would include a family committed to her training and daily exercise, along with plenty of snuggle time. A securely fenced yard or access to calm walking spots would be perfect. She thrives in the company of other dogs, although her lively nature might be too much for a small or senior pup.
