Coconut's journey began in foster care under tough circumstances. He arrived dirty and covered in fleas, but he's quickly learned the joys of being loved and cared for. This sweet boy thrives when he's close to his people, whether he's by your feet while you cook or snuggled up for a movie night. He enjoys chewing on squeaky toys and values those warm moments of togetherness. Naturally a bit shy and sensitive, he'll sometimes seek refuge if he thinks he’s in trouble, like after an accident in the house. However, gentle words and some tasty treats reassure him that he’s safe, helping him grow his confidence daily. Coconut responds beautifully to calm, patient humans who understand he needs a little extra reassurance. He’s progressing with potty training, although he may still have the occasional excited tinkle during playtime. He’d love a family dedicated to helping him continue developing into the confident, happy dog he's meant to be.
