Magnus is around 6-7 years old and weighs between 50-60 lbs. A couple of years ago, this gentle soul walked out of the shelter and into a loving home, but sadly, he has returned after his family could no longer care for him. The transition back to shelter life has been tough on him, as everything familiar has been taken away. Despite this adversity, Magnus shows nothing but kindness. He is easy to walk and maintains a tidy kennel. He enjoys playful moments with our volunteers in the yard and has been respectful to everyone he meets. However, he has exhibited some resource guarding behaviors in the past, so we believe he would thrive best in a home without small children or other pets. We want to ensure the best outcome for him and his future family. Magnus simply needs a chance to show his true personality, perhaps through a couple of visits or a weekend getaway.
