Meet Millie! She’s the sweetest, friendliest torti girl you could hope to find. Her rescue story is a heartbreaker; someone left her zipped up in a cloth carrier on the roadside with a bag of food beside her during a rainstorm. Thankfully, a passing volunteer noticed her and stopped to help. Even soaked, Millie was overjoyed to be rescued. Now, Millie is settled in her foster care and eagerly awaiting her forever home. Though she’s healthy, the vet has identified an intermittent cough, likely due to mild asthma. This requires a daily steroid for now. While we don't know her history with other pets or children, Millie's friendly nature suggests that slow introductions, especially with an experienced cat person, could work out well.
