Because of this, she needs some time to trust and feel secure in new environments. At first, new places and people can be overwhelming for her. Fortunately, Canela is a sweet girl who would thrive in a calm, low-key home with an experienced or patient caregiver who understands her need for adjustment at her own pace. She is fully vetted, spayed, and ready to begin her new journey. Currently in Puerto Rico, Canela will be transported to the States when she finds a foster or forever home.
