He and his siblings were discovered behind a convenience store, living in unsafe and unsanitary conditions with their underweight mother. Thankfully, they were rescued and brought into foster care, allowing them a safe space to grow before they could even walk. Like all his siblings, Franklin exhibits an incredible gentleness. He observes new people and situations carefully, then, once comfortable, he shows just how affectionate and calm he can be. He has never displayed aggression or scratched, a temperament shared with his mother, who raised them in a loving environment. Franklin has received flea prevention and deworming. Before joining his new family, he will get his FVRCP vaccine and be microchipped. While he's not yet neutered due to his young age, we will contribute $100 toward that cost if he is adopted beforehand.
