Louie is a charming little guy, recently rescued from a large owner surrender involving 40 dogs and puppies. At around 10 weeks old as of August 10, he's ready to find his forever home. Currently weighing only 3-4 pounds, Louie is social, affectionate, and playful. Due to his tiny size, he can't be placed in homes with small children to ensure his safety. While he is neutered/spayed under the rescue's care at six months, he is already up to date on his vaccinations and microchipped.
