Ruby and Frankie are delightful 13-week-old kittens who came into care after being found by an NYPD officer when they were just two weeks old. Their mom never returned, so these little ones are now ready to find a loving forever home. Frankie, the charming little guy, adores cuddling and playing with his toys.
