Lovell may have a bit of a resting grump face, but don't let that fool you; he’s an incredibly sweet boy! He takes his time to warm up and will need a cozy "hidey hole" where he can feel safe as he settles in. Once he feels secure, his true personality shines through. He especially enjoys being brushed; this has been a wonderful way to bond with him. As he gains confidence, he’ll start exploring, though he might retreat to his safe space if there are sudden movements or loud noises. Lovell has a penchant for lounging in open windows, taking in the world from a safe perch. While he’s a bit of a night owl, becoming more active in the evenings, once he trusts you, he’ll join you in bed and happily sleep at your feet. He’s not fond of being picked up but loves being near his people and adores neck scratches. With excellent litter box manners and no interest in scratching furniture, Lovell also gets along well with other cats, often following his feline friends around. This sweet boy will thrive in a calm, patient home where he can come out of his shell at his own pace. Lovell is ready for his forever home. Could that be with you?
