Found as a stray in Bakersfield after being hit by a car, she came to the shelter with a significant laceration over her eye that required stitches. Although she did lose some vision in that eye and has a permanent scar, her vibrant puppy energy remains intact, proving that a rough start doesn't define what comes next. Initially shy when meeting new people, Gypsy takes a moment to warm up, especially without a confident canine friend to guide her.
