He arrived at the rescue with a severe upper respiratory infection, but thanks to dedicated care and affection, he’s back on track and feeling much better. At first, Neigel might come off as a bit shy, but with each passing day, his confidence grows. Once he’s comfortable, he truly enjoys gentle pets and head scratches, and he loves to spend time with his humans.
