Meet Sadie! Sadie is a cheerful and playful puppy ready to leave the shelter behind and embark on the adventure she's longed for. At about 7 months old, she’s spent far too much of her young life in a shelter. Part of a large litter of 14 puppies, she arrived at the Chillicothe Animal Shelter four months ago. Thankfully, she’s gotten a second chance. Every day at daycare, Sadie thrives, playing with other dogs, gaining confidence, and learning about life outside of her previous situation. She enjoys the company of her furry friends and is getting the socialization necessary for her future. Like any puppy, Sadie is full of curiosity and eager to learn. She would benefit from ongoing training, daily exercise, and a family dedicated to helping her develop into the wonderful adult dog she's meant to be. Believed to be a Hound/Heeler mix, she has the potential to be an intelligent and loyal companion for an active family. More than anything, Sadie simply longs for what every puppy deserves—a loving family, a soft bed, and a lifetime of adventures. She’s ready to experience all the joys of puppyhood she’s missed.
