His purrs are proof that he's learning to trust humans, and he looks forward to playtime with his littermates and mealtime adventures. While he may take some time to fully come out of his shell, his fosters assure everyone that he’s the biggest and possibly the cuddliest of the bunch. Toby gets along well with other cats, making him a welcoming addition to a feline-friendly home. He dreams of finding a patient family ready to help him thrive.
