Canyon is a playful young male mixed breed dog, under 40 lbs and with a medium coat. He is house trained, neutered, and up to date on vaccinations. Living in San Diego, CA, Canyon gets along well with dogs and children, making him a perfect companion for families. He is learning and developing into a smart and affectionate dog, ready to bring joy to his new home.

About Canyon

Canyon is a young and playful dog who came to us from SCRAPS shelter in Spokane, WA. He enjoys toys and loves spending time with other dogs. Although he's a bit insecure and inexperienced, Canyon is learning to navigate the world around him. Previously in a busy home with various animals, he tended to become overstimulated but is now developing better impulse control through training. This sweet boy is working on blending into family life and promises to be a lovely addition to the right home. At around 1 year old and under 40 lbs, Canyon is crate trained and leash trained. He’s also getting accustomed to a remote collar for off-leash reliability. Bathing him is a breeze, and he travels well in the car.
