Kai is looking for an experienced adopter who understands how to care for blind dogs. He was brought to us from a high-kill facility and surrendered by his previous owner in Wichita due to his vision loss. At just 6 years old, he’s friendly but needs a safe environment where he can thrive. Kai requires a home with a fenced yard and no small children, as he may nip or bite when startled. With proper care and patience, he can adjust and feel secure. He has a lovely long coat and a mix of white and cream with some black. Kai is housetrained and up to date on vaccinations. He gets along with other dogs, so a home with a canine companion could be ideal for him. He truly deserves a loving and understanding family to help him navigate his world.
