Meet Jake! Jake is an energetic 6-8 month-old Chihuahua/Collie mix with a charming smile and a personality that shines. Though he found himself in a high-kill shelter, he’s now thriving in foster care, ready to embark on new adventures. We estimate he'll weigh around 30 pounds when fully grown, making him an ideal medium-sized companion. This sweet and playful pup loves to explore and make new friends, and after a fun day out, he enjoys relaxing and soaking up affection by your side. Jake is looking for a family that will help him develop into the amazing dog he is destined to be. With his eager-to-please attitude, he’s sure to make a devoted friend for years to come. Transport is available, and while he's currently fostered in Brownsville, Texas, he can travel to his forever home through our bi-weekly transport program.
