Ben is a charming senior beagle who was rescued from City of Blakely Animal Control. Found in poor health, he has made remarkable progress over the past few months. After being neutered, receiving dental care, and undergoing heartworm treatment, he has settled into his new life. Though the vet estimated Ben's age at 7, we believe he might actually be between 7 and 9 years old. He’s a relaxed fellow, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. House trained and crate trained, he gets along well with dogs, kids, and even cats. Ben is still mastering leash walking but enjoys car rides too. Lazy at heart, he loves to munch and nap. This lovely boy would fit in well with an older adopter looking for a chill companion. He's currently in a nurturing foster home with a family and their three dogs and kids. Ready to fall in love?
