About Rusty
Rusty is a lively 5-month-old Australian Shepherd brimming with puppy energy. He loves people, especially children, making him a perfect companion for family adventures. Rusty has recently taken a liking to boating and swimming, eager to explore the outdoors with his new family. Highly intelligent and quick to learn, he thrives on pleasing his people, which is typical of his breed. While he plays well with other dogs, Rusty would prefer to be the only pet in the house since he doesn't enjoy sharing toys or snuggles. Rusty is currently working on his potty and crate training, so he needs an owner who is committed to helping him on this journey. He shows signs of separation anxiety in the crate, so keeping him active with runs or swims will help ease him into relaxation once inside. With his handsome appearance and loyal nature, Rusty promises to be a wonderful addition to your home. Included in the adoption fee are a microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and his neuter scheduled through the rescue. Click apply to start the adoption process.
