About Pixel

Pretty little Pixel wandered from her original home as a kitten. She found a kind neighbor who appreciated her gentle and affectionate nature but couldn’t take her in. Teaming up with Pearl, another hungry stray, Pixel faced many challenges, including health issues. In June 2026, a volunteer from New Mexico Animal Friends discovered her struggling to walk. After receiving necessary veterinary care and surgery for an abscess, Pixel joined the adoption program. Now, she has traded her risky outdoor life for the comforts of an indoor haven. Pixel has a sleek, healthy coat and gets along well with the cats in her new home, showing good social graces. She uses the litter box faithfully and enjoys using her scratching post. While she is friendly with Pearl, they aren’t closely bonded. This sweet, petite young cat is ready to be a loyal companion. Come and meet her; she might be the one you’ve been looking for!
