Roo is a male Chihuahua mix, around three years old, rescued from a recent neglect and hoarding situation. Despite his past, he’s friendly and open to new experiences. He gets along with other dogs and cats but is not suited for a home with children. Roo is a small dog with a short coat, primarily white and cream with tan highlights. Although he’s not yet house trained, he is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. As you welcome him into your life, be prepared to support him in adjusting to his new environment.
