About Francois

Francois is an energetic little guy with plenty of love to offer. At just 3 months old, this Chiweenie mix weighs about 9 lbs, and while he might be a bit shy at first, he warms up quickly. He enjoys playing with his bigger foster brothers, zipping around outside and having a great time with toys. As a puppy, he has some chewing tendencies, but a bone easily redirects him. When his foster mom is away, he’s proven to be okay left out with the other dogs, and he loves to curl up in her bed at night. Though he might whine a little when crated, he calms down fast. Francois is still learning the ins and outs of being a good dog, but he has mastered the dog door for potty breaks, with mostly success outside. He has yet to explore walking on a leash, but he’ll likely enjoy it soon. Adopting Francois means a lifetime of adventures, cuddles, and playtime. Francois is currently being fostered in Warren, RI, and can be adopted throughout Texas and the Northeastern States. Click apply to start the adoption process.
