When he arrived, Buddy was understandably terrified, snappy at staff due to the stress of his new environment. But after some time in a loving foster home, his true personality has emerged. He’s a gentle little gentleman who adores snuggling under the covers with his favorite human. If you need a tiny cuddle buddy, Buddy is more than ready to fill that spot. He’s also the self-appointed "activity police," keeping an eye on young dogs when playtime gets too exuberant. Buddy appreciates his personal space. If he feels bothered, he might grumble or gently mouth, but he has never bitten his foster mom. Because of this, he’ll thrive in a home with adults or older, dog-savvy children who understand the importance of boundaries. House trained and well-mannered, Buddy gets along well with both people and other dogs. His happiest moments are curled up in bed, soaking up affection and enjoying a peaceful life. Despite his charms, Buddy has received zero adoption applications. We know there’s a perfect person out there for him; they just haven’t met yet.
