About Ruger & Bama A

Ruger and Bama are two beagles looking for a loving home where they can truly thrive. At approximately 10 and 7 years old, this father-daughter duo has never experienced the comforts of home—a soft couch, family walks, or the warmth of companionship. Instead, their lives were spent in a cramped outdoor kennel, surviving a harsh existence until recently when they were rescued. Both Ruger and Bama are heartworm positive and undergoing treatment, but this hasn't dampened their spirits. Ruger is high heartworm positive while Bama is also on treatment and has an early stage of collapsing trachea, which gives her an occasional cough. Regardless of these challenges, they're full of joy and just want to be loved. The bond between them is incredibly strong, and separating them would be heartbreaking. They have supported each other through tough times, so keeping them together is essential. All they seek now is a gentle hand to pet them and a safe place to call home. If you've ever wanted to make a difference in the lives of animals in need, Ruger and Bama could be your chance. This is not just about giving them a place to stay—it's about giving them the love they've longed for. Click apply to start the adoption process.
