Bongo is looking for a loving home where he can feel safe and happy. At 7 years old and about 8-9 pounds, heās a small Pomeranian with a long, fluffy coat that will need regular grooming to keep him looking sharp. Life hasnāt been easy for Bongo; he came from a difficult background but is slowly learning to trust again. This little guy has a personality full of sass. Bongo loves being petted and enjoys having his butt scratched, but he prefers to keep his distanceāheās not a fan of being picked up and will let you know if heās unhappy. A fenced yard is a must for him to explore safely. He gets along with other dogs but doesnāt engage in play much. He may need a bit of extra patience and understanding, especially when it comes to his past experiences. Bongo is mostly house-trained but may have the occasional accident and will use a puppy pad if needed. He enjoys his crate as his secure space. Living without stairs would make him happiest, although he can manage one step.
