About Sassy
Meet Sassy! She’s a small girl with a big personality. At just 6 months old, Sassy weighs 8.5 lbs and is about 23 inches long, measuring 10 inches to the tallest part of her back. With a body shape reminiscent of a dachshund and long blonde hair—though it looks like someone gave her a bit of an unconventional haircut—Sassy is one unique pup. She loves cuddling and showering her humans with kisses. Sassy enjoys patrolling the yard and isn't shy about bossing around her larger foster siblings. You'll often find her playing chase with them, but when playtime gets too vigorous, she prefers to lounge on a chair, observing from a safe distance. Her affection extends to children of all ages, and while she sometimes voices her opinions about the cat, it’s solely due to the cat’s intimidating presence. Sassy is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, preparing to embark on her journey to the Northeast. She’s arriving in NJ on August 8.
